Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and update employee files.
- Manage and maintain payroll records.
- Process employee time records using HH2 software.
- Oversee HH2 timekeeping system and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain I-9 binders and manage retention forms.
- Assist with communications related to benefit enrollment.
- Provide support for new hire onboarding processes.
- Contribute to planning and execution of holiday and HR events.
- Assist with various HR projects as assigned.
