SUMMARY
Manage all Human Resource activities, Procurement tasks for externally sourced goods and provide support the Plant Manager and Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Perform all task in new hiring process, including eligibility verification, background screening, pre-employment physical and drug screeening administration, benefits implementations etc.
- Perform all payroll related tasks, including bonus calculations and communications thereof (letters and postings)
- Management of performance review process, including preparation and follow ups
- Management of job posting, candidate resume reviews and interviewing process
- Safety officer, responsible for managing safety trainings, plant inspections and OSHA compliance monitoring
- Procurement of local and international goods for operations (excluding materials sourced from other Perlen sites) via SAP
- Management of approved supplier lists, vendor evaluations and vendor agreements/contracts
- Monthly and annual inventory counts and communication thereof
- Support for customer service (assigned accounts) and substitution of CS during vacation / absences
- Support of VP/Plant Manager with administrative tasks such as monthly reports, intercompany communications, meeting minutes etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- AS/BS degree in business administration, human resource management or psychology is preferred
- Several years of experience in a human resource capacity
- strong computer skills
COMPENSATION: $60,000 -$67,000
