Spectrum Staffing Services/HRStaffers Inc. seeks a skilled Marketing and Sales Representative to drive our internal marketing initiatives forward.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing campaigns, work closely with sales teams, and build strong relationships with customers and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, AdWords, and social media.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support execution of marketing strategies.
- Cultivate new and existing customers to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
- Work with industry KOLs to understand market needs and develop relationships.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, corporate events, and trade shows.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or science.
- 2 years of relevant marketing and/or commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or other healthcare field.
- Experience in customer relationship/experience management, product management, sales, or business development.
- Strategic problem solver with proven ability to formulate and implement marketing and product strategies.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent personal communication skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Software applications required.
- Understanding of Adobe Suite and CRM tools preferred.
