Job Summary
At SPECTRUM, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively engage with prospective customers through door-to-door contact to acquire new residential customers.
- Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their requirements and present tailored sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.
Working Conditions
- Spends approximately 90% of time in outside environment for extended periods in any season.
