This entry-level role involves working under supervision, interacting daily with customers, installing and repairing services, and educating them on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment. Tasks include basic installations, disconnects, downgrades, upgrades, and reconnects for residential customers, all while providing world-class customer service.

You will work independently with minimal supervision in a field-oriented role requiring outdoor work, hand tools, and various working conditions and locations.
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills: Problem solver with technical aptitude, computer and software application use. Accurately measuring distances, using measuring tape. Working with hand tools.
- Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable
- Abilities: Interpreting analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices. Troubleshooting. Reading, writing, and speaking English language
- Physical: Ability to walk over various terrain in different weather while carrying tools and equipment. Safely using weight-bearing equipment within maximum weight limitations. Lifting up to 90 lbs and climbing ladders to 32 feet. Working in confined spaces and at heights. Operating and navigating a company vehicle in changing environments. Working with small components and wires. Working outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather
