What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor position at Spectrum?
Location : Chesterfield, VA, the Chesterfield Women's Community Corrections Alternative Program (CCAP) facilitates social behavioral change, cognitive restructuring, and substance abuse treatment programming within an Evidenced Based Practices (EBP) environment to support personal growth and prepare the probationer / parolee to return to the community.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm with a 1-hour unpaid meal break. Rotating evening schedule, 10 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm.
Pay rate : $24.038 per hour ($50,000 annually). Candidates with a CSAC, CADC, or equivalent license / certification are eligible for $27.88 / hr. ($58,000 annually).
