Job Description
Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through door-to-door contact and providing them with our best-in-class telecommunication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with new prospective customers and offer them our services.
- Conduct consultative needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Present sales proposals and educate customers on related products and services.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities.
- Support team goals by participating in sales meetings and training programs.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
