Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Engineering to lead our engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategic direction and management of the engineering staff and facilities. You will create, implement and enhance consistent engineering practices to ensure stable product delivery consistent with company initiatives and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 9 years of management experience.
- 12 years of engineering and/or maintenance experience.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E).
- Advanced knowledge of electronic theory.
- Advanced knowledge of fiber optic theory.
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable local and state rules and regulations.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications.
