Spectrum is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering essential and innovative technology to our customers, exceeding their expectations with world-class service.
You will work independently, performing installations, repairs, and upgrades for residential customers, while providing exceptional customer service. Your daily interactions will be customer-facing, as you educate them on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment.
The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds and climb ladders to a height of 32 feet. You will also have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and time management skills.
