About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of our products and services, delivering essential technology to our customers while exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Provide world-class customer service and educate customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment
- Perform basic to complex installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a variety of working conditions and locations
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills: problem solver with technical aptitude, computer and software application use
- Skills: communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable
- Abilities: interpret analytics from soft tools, troubleshooting, read, write, and speak English language
- Valid Drivers license with satisfactory driving record required
