Job Title: Field Technician
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing their Spectrum services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair services for residential customers, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide world-class customer service, educating customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using hand tools and navigating various working conditions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, including computer and software application use.
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and responsible/reliable behavior.
- Able to interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices, troubleshoot issues, and read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Valid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
