Field Technician
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team at Spectrum. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of our company, working directly with customers to install and repair services, while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be equipped with the necessary training to perform a variety of tasks, including installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders to a height of 32 feet
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
