Location : Worcester, MA. Pleasant Street Outpatient.
Pay Rate : $20.90 / hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday : Mon 8 : 00 am -5 : 00 pm, Tues 7 : 30 an- 4 : 00 pm, Wed 8 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm, Thu 7 : 30 am- 4 : 00 pm, Fri 8 : 00 am- 2 : 00pm

Qualifications :
- Or LADC
- Or has a recognized certification and / or licensure for the target population to work with
- Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements
The Medical Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for :
- Providing support to the nursing and medical providers.
- Providing services that engage, educate and support individuals seeking treatment and their families to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
This engagement begins at any point during the continuum of care particularly during transitions in care.
