- Identify knowledge and training gaps within the Residential Market Development Specialist team
- Develop plans to address knowledge gaps and improve team performance
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and objectives
- Prepare reports as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- 2 years of outside sales or related work experience
