Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and other means.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements
- Four or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
- Able to manage change and shifting priorities quickly.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities.
