What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at SPECTRUM?
**What You Will Do:**
You will attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs, accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities, collect and account for funds, and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines. You will also work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather, travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle, and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards.
