We’re looking for a part-time HR Coordinator to help manage various human resources functions and support our growing team! This is a hybrid opportunity,50% remote and 50% in office. What You’ll Do:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings to stay aligned on HR goals and contribute to team initiatives.
- Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment and updates to ensure timely coverage.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.

What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma required.
- Experience in benefits coordination a plus!
- Experience working in the healthcare field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a task-oriented, detail-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite office products (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Secure and private work area at home that is HIPAA compliant and free from distractions.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting at $19 per hour.
- Hybrid opportunity: 50% remote from home, 50% in our Raleigh office.
- Currently a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time.
