About this Role Directly support the CEO in doing their best work identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships that drive RTC’s mission forward. From qualifying leads and creating customized proposals to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your work will directly contribute to building meaningful connections that grow RTC’s impact around the world. What You'll Do Qualify inbound leads through discovery conversations, assessing alignment with RTC's mission, and preparing them for CEO follow-up. Maintain accurate records of partnership accounts, including itineraries and meeting reports for the CEO. Research potential partners, provide insights to the CEO, and participate in prospecting calls as needed. Coordinate deal logistics, including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and CRM updates for seamless client experiences. Collaborate with the CEO to create proposals, sponsorship packages, and tailored partnership opportunities. Work with internal teams to develop customized proposals and materials that strengthen partnerships. Create engaging content for email campaigns, proposals, and sales collateral. Represent RTC at events and conferences alongside the CEO as requested. Track and analyze sales metrics, delivering insights to support strategy and revenue growth. Analytical : You thrive on data-driven decision-making, using insights to identify growth opportunities. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or sales support roles (preferably in nonprofit or B2B setting). Experience supporting corporate partnerships and / or grant proposal writing. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, and office platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Dynamic Work Environment :   Thrive in a collaborative and remote-first workplace.  This role only supports remote work within the US.  Monday-Friday, standard business hours with the ability to flex to support in-person collaboration, and minimal business travel if needed.  It is preferred that candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the Raleigh-Durham area.   Competitive Compensation.  We are dedicated to pay equity best practices, which also ensures our offers are presently fairly, and represent our best and final.  The nationwide starting salary range for this position is $77,000-$85,000.  Offers are determined through interviews, reviewing and assessing a candidate's qualifications (experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities), internal equity and alignment with market data.   Comprehensive Benefits.  Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% of employee coverage paid by RTC), group life, Simple IRA with company match, generous paid time off benefits which includes 3 weeks of PTO to start along with 8 company paid holidays, and a 2-week paid EOY winter break.
