We are seeking a Bilingual Clinical Admin Assistant/Interpreter who is proficient in English and Spanish to join our dynamic and compassionate team.
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Clinical Admin Assistant/Interpreter will provide essential administrative support to our clinical team and act as a liaison between clinicians, clients, and families through accurate interpretation and translation services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage office tasks while upholding our commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide interpretation services for clinicians and families during therapy sessions, consultations, and meetings.
Translate documents, forms, and communications between English and Spanish for clients and staff.
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining client records.
Assist in managing client intake processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Serve as a welcoming and compassionate point of contact for clients, families, and visitors, fostering an inclusive environment.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Support clinicians with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Uphold and promote the clinic’s values of integrity, growth, compassion, community, empowerment, and service in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Experience in interpretation and translation in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred- training provided.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with clients, families, and team members from diverse backgrounds.

Prior experience in a pediatric or healthcare setting is a plus.
