Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling product demonstrations for your Account Executives. This is a critical role in our sales process, and you will play a key part in our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify potential customers within the performance and specialty automotive shop market.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our system and its benefits to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and clearly communicate details to your team
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system (Close CRM experience, a plus).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of success in a sales development or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS or a related industry).
- Experience with outbound prospecting techniques (cold calling, email, social selling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistence, resilience, and hunger to achieve goals.
- Experience with CRM software (Close CRM, a plus).
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (specifically performance and specialty shops) is a strong plus.
- A natural interest in start ups, sales, and technology with a desire for growth.
