What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Design and Customer Service Associate position at SpeedPro Prism?
The Graphic Design Associate reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating it to proofs for production execution, also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base. This is not web site or mobile app development UX role. Should know Adobe Illustrator. This role includes customer relationship management, understanding requirements. designing and quality control.

- Handle customer requirements, and translate that into proofs using Adobe Illustrators and prepare estimates.
- Be one point contact for customer. Communicate with customers in timely way.
- Keep customer information updated in CRM software.
- Responsible for quality control
Other Required Skills:
- Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with a customer base
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and experience with graphic designs
- A keen eye for visual design
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:
- 1 year of prior Adobe Illustrator 2018 and above hands on experience is a must.
- 1 years of prior customer service experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
