Job Summary
We are a small manufacturing business seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our sales and warehouse team, and to help manage daily office and warehouse operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills, capable of multitasking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while managing various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner/President, Vice President, sales manager, and warehouse team, including scheduling warehouse production, and managing inventory.
- Maintain organized Brandboom business to business website as well our Direct to Consumer Shopify Account.
- Manage Accounts Receivables and assist with Accounts Payables.
- Send emailers to consumer multiple times a week.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Exhibit proper phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Brandboom, Shopify, and Microsoft.
- Experience in office management with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
