Guest Services Event Staff - SEASONAL
Overview:
Event Staff at Atlanta Motor Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of:
- Taking care of teammates
- Hosting remarkable events
- Positively impacting our community
- Profitably improving
Event Staff will work under the direction of the Events/Operations Managers
Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):

Guest Services Event Staff
- Greet guests and resolve complaints
- Create a safe and positive environment
- Reporting issues to management as necessary
Event Staff Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team
- Professional appearance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outside for extended periods of time (extreme weather conditions included)
- Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
