Dover Motor Speedway is seeking individuals for our upcoming events at Dover Motor Speedway. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and outgoing individuals. Team members will work events at Dover Motor Speedway, and the Woodlands at Dover Motor Speedway.

Performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance of Dover Motor Speedway properties to assist with pre-event facility readiness
Performs preventative building maintenance duties
- Performs carpentry duties
- Performs routine electrical repairs
- Performs routine plumbing repairs
- Experience in using basic hand and power tools
- This is a seasonal, event staff position
- Flexible work schedule and includes weekends
