With the phenomenal expansion of SPEEDY Delivery, LLC, the breadth and volume of associated work has likewise increased for our Accounts Receivable (A/R) team. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure that the A/R team bills accurately and on time while driving the quickest possible return of payments.

The optimal candidate is dedicated, thorough, and communicative. Our new Accounts Receivable Supervisor will perform a multitude of A/R supervisory tasks with the primary aim of supporting our enterprise as follows:

• Oversight: Monitor the A/R team and their work to uphold a standard of excellence
• Collections: Review accounts to identify past-due balances and direct the team in reporting and payment recovery efforts
• Audit: Review account invoices and payments to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Reporting: Prepare and transmit regular reports on account status
• Mentoring: Guide and train the A/R team to competency in new areas of responsibility
• Policy: Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures
• Development: Create and maintain billing, payment, and collection tools in Google Sheets or other platforms to maximize automation of processes
• Support: Provide staff with support in all their duties, including first-tier escalation of client service and collection issues
• Communications: Facilitate communication between the team and management for resolution of the root causes of emergent issues

The above represents anticipated duties at the commencement of employment, with the expectation that all other tasks commensurate with the role may develop further with the employee.

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Supervisor

• Extensive experience and expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online
• Outstanding typing speed and accuracy
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Advanced computer skills and aptitude with technology
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior experience with RDS/Bearware, PCSTrac, and Dispatch Track or comparable software platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance independent and collaborative work
• Commitment to outstanding quality of work and the maintenance thereof through adherence to standards set by management
• Careful attention to detail
• Experience in collections

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and relevant experience
• 3-5 years of A/R experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience

Compensation

• $60,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Hours

• 40 hours / week plus overtime as needed
