We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to become the first member of our IT team in the US, working closely with the established UK team to help build and support the US side of the business. This role is pivotal in establishing robust IT operations as we expand in the region, ensuring our systems and infrastructure meet the needs of a growing team.
Responsibilities include providing responsive 1st and 2nd Line IT support, managing the procurement and setup of IT equipment, configuring and supporting computer systems, networks, and software, as well as collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the IT function in the US and directly contribute to the success of a rapidly growing business.
