What are the responsibilities and job description for the STUDENT SUCCESS COACH: School Year 24-25: LUBBOCK position at Speerhead Beyond?
EXCELLENT Part-time opportunity to assist high school students with disabilities in learning the expectations and duties of his or her job (at the job site).
Must be willing to work in LUBBOCK, Texas.
- Work hours will be approximately 20 hours a week.
- WORK SCHEDULE: Wednesday to Saturday, 5 hours a day.
- START DATE: TBA
You will teach and reinforce skills to increase the client’s independence and ability to meet the employer’s expectations. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO HELPING YOUR STUDENT(S) AND ARE AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
Required Qualifications:
- Must take Job Skills Training Course through UNTWISE (or already be certified) - Valid for 3 years.
- Must have computer and be proficient with MS Word.
- Must be able to send and receive emails.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED - required.
- College degree, preferred.
- Professional. Ethical. RELIABLE. Kind.
- MUST Pass Background Check
- Two years of documented experience working with students with disabilities, preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
