Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, with a focus on Utility clients. The role will be overseeing Power Generation and distribution projects of natural and renewable energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the renewable energy sector, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success
Oversee project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Experience working with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
