Are you a Construction Manager with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure projects? This is your chance to lead a high-impact project at a VA Medical Center in South Brooklyn. We’re seeking a skilled leader who can manage subcontractors, oversee utility shutdowns, and ensure seamless project execution in a live hospital environment.
Key Details:
✅ Location: Brooklyn, NY (South Brooklyn)
✅ Contract: 6-months with possible extension
✅ Bill Rate: $100-$115/hr (Max $121)
✅ Start Date: ASAP (Target: March 24)
✅ Interview Availability: March 4 (afternoon), feedback by March 5
🔹 Must-Have:
✔️ 5-10 years of MEP and infrastructure construction experience
✔️ Strong Procore skills for project tracking
✔️ Experience managing subcontractors & utility shutdowns
✔️ Healthcare or hospital construction experience preferred
✔️ OSHA 30/10 certification preferred
