Job Title : Solar Construction Manager
Location : Fresno, CA
Start Date : April 1, 2025
Contract Length : 12 months (40-hour weeks) | Potential extension
Project Duration : 18 months
Additional Compensation : Mileage reimbursement
Project : 7.5 MW ground-mounted solar project with battery storage
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of construction management experience in solar
- On-site presence required (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to work additional hours (OT) on weekends if needed
- Certifications : OSHA 30 and CPR (Construction Management Certification is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience overseeing commercial crews of 20 workers
- Proficiency in Procore
- Experience with QA / QC for battery storage
- Familiarity with 3-week look-ahead schedules
- Electrical background preferred
- Strong documentation and reporting skills (daily & weekly)
