Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic staffing firm. As an intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the company's growth by assisting in the identification and hiring of top talent. This role offers valuable exposure to recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, screening techniques, and other key areas of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing
Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and build candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
Help create and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Support the initial screening process by reviewing resumes, scheduling initial screens for senior talent acquisition consultants, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers. You will have an opportunity to shadow initial screens and learn interviewing techniques from experienced TA consultants.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and other relevant data.
Assist with responding to candidate inquiries, providing status updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Research competitors and potential talent pools to support the recruitment strategy.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment-related paperwork.
