Work hours are flexible within 8 AM – 5 PM business hours. This is a paid internship.

Your Role
- Screen resumes for various open positions
- Handle all administrative functions for regional recruiters including scheduling and confirming phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
- Support/ Participate in projects that enhance client experience and /or increase efficiency of the recruitment process
- Assist with the coordination of hiring events and the summer intern program
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system
- Learn how to effectively leverage recruiting tools such as our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Analytics
- Develop and post job descriptions in collaboration with the Recruitment Director and Team
- Research talent landscape and market research to identify trends
- Enrolled in third or fourth year of a Business Administration, Marketing or Human Resources program
- Prior experience in a professional office or customer service orientated environment strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Positive attitude and team player
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
- Proven administrative skills and expertise
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
