We seek a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director / Director of Clinical Operations to lead a clinical trials team and drive operational excellence as we prepare for high-volume trials in the coming years.
You will oversee all aspects of clinical trial planning and execution, ensuring alignment with commercial and R&D goals. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a proven track record in managing clinical trials in the diagnostics space.
Qualifications;
- Extensive experience in clinical trial management within the IVD diagnostics space.
- Demonstrated ability to transition from an operational to a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience in building and managing clinical teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including commercial and R&D.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
