Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator of the Contract Management Platform to oversee and maintain our contract management systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are managed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Manage and maintain the contract management platform, ensuring its optimal performance
- Facilitate contract lifecycle processes, including creation, approval, execution, and renewal
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure contracts meet compliance and organizational need
- Provide training and support to internal users of the platform
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancement
