Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Project Management Practice
Responsibilities :
- Guide client through HCM vendor transition from Paycor to Lyric
- Drive client deliverables for on-time live date
- Provide expert level knowledge to client in full HCM build
- Design best practice solutions for ongoing system optimization

Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of early March with an initial duration through 1 / 1 / 2026 , with the possibility of extending.

Part time, 20 hours per week
