Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Implementation Practice
Responsibilities :
- Support Client through implementation of ADP Lyric, moving from Paycor
- Provide expert level knowledge to client in full HCM build
Data Conversion

Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of early March with an initial duration through 1 / 1 / 2026 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort :
Part time, 20-30 hours per week with some full-time weeks
Working Hours :
US based Time zones preferred
