Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice.
Our client is looking for an IT Lead to be responsible for managing and overseeing the CIO (Technology) swimlane of the ADP GlobalView implementation project, at first in South Africa, followed by other countries in all regions. This role ensures alignment between technology landscapes, integrations, and business requirements, acting as the primary interface between the client's IT stakeholders and project teams.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze the current ( "As Is ") and future ( "To Be ") technology landscapes.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define the business blueprint requirements specific for Technology (CIO)
- Oversee the identification and mapping of fields stored in Workday (WD) and PECI files.
- Manage integrations between Workday, ADP GV, and other systems (e.g., Time and Expenses, Pay Hub, Benefits).
- Lead workshops to gather, refine, and validate technology requirements and technical specifications.
- Drive the development of user stories for Enterprise Data pool integrations, reporting & analytics, covering all global compensation programs (equity, recognition, etc), time and expenses and general data.
- Ensure successful integration between Workday, Enterprise Data and related platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and escalate risks or blockers to the client as needed.

Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of March 1st 2025 with an initial duration through to March 31st 2026 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort : Part time - 15 / 20 hours a week
