What are the responsibilities and job description for the UKG PTO Consultant position at Spencer Thomas Group?
This client is a large insurance company based in NYC.
They had previously been working with another UKG partner in the past to put together a PTO report with correct values, based on the remaining annual PTO and states' laws.
- The UKG partner created file that clientwas able to upload into Core and have the correct PTO balances at the beginning of the year.
- The UKG partner's resource that created this for the clientis no longer there and they don't have anyone that can take his place.
This person (s) would need to create such a report, keeping in mind that you'll need to be up-to-date on most states' PTO requirements? They obviously have the report that the UKG partner created last year, but would need to be updated with end-of-year values and any changes to states' laws for 2023. This person(s) would needto complete this report before their 1 st pay period in Jan 2023.
We did this work last year and they have asked us to do this work again this year.
