ROLE DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and understand the scope of work and communicate to other team members and stakeholders.
• Has the bottom line project responsibility; financial, quality, schedule, safety and client relationships.
• Negotiate and account for all contract changes, such as extra work, change order requests, scope disputes, including budget revisions, resultant subcontract changes, etc.
• Create and maintain project budget . 
• Work with Superintendent to author and maintain appropriate schedule, including weekly short term schedules.
• Manage project team through buyout of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources as required. 
• Prepare or supervise preparation of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
• Establish and maintain a document control system for use of all project stakeholders (e.g. field, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, end users, etc.)
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings as required including weekly Owner Meeting, Subcontractor Meeting, Buyout Meeting, monthly Job Update Meeting.
• Identify, manage and track project
• Prepare monthly Cost at Completion report  as well as other project specific reports.
• Work with all project stakeholders, Owner Groups, Agencies, Subcontractors, Other Prime Contractors as necessary.
• Establish and administer special case processes in order to properly manage project outcomes.

Qualifications, Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience both Field and Office

• Strong leadership and relationship management skills

• Computer, Excel , Word skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
