As a Case Aide you will play a pivotal role in providing crucial support, guidance, and resources to the youth in our Residential Treatment programs. In this position, you will assist the program staff in order to accomplish established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist program staff with administrative tasks. Duties may include maintaining client files, coordinating details for visits and appointments, facilitating staffings when the Case Manager is unavailable, and participating in court hearings.
- Ensure all documentation and reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Duties may include clinical staffing reports, consents, and placement changes.
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, and a valid Illinois driver’s license, required. Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field OR MHP qualified per Medicaid standards and previous experience preferred.
Skills: Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people. Must have the strength/mobility needed to perform Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
Miscellaneous: Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must maintain driving clearances and be able to lift/carry items weighing 15-30 lbs. Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the program.
Program Population: The youth in this program have a complexity of mental health issues/disorders. The intensity of these mental health issues warrants placement in a highly structured, supervised and safe therapeutic environment. The focus of the program is to provide crisis stabilization/management, behavioral management, and clinical treatment in effort to reduce the mental health disturbance and assist the youth in returning to a less restrictive setting. Due to the severity of youth’s mental health issues in their program the use of physical restraints and/or seclusion are necessary at time.

Pay: $20.10 - $21.54 per hour
