Position : Sr. Project Manager (Civil P.E.)

Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, providing technical guidance, QA / QC oversight, and design feedback.
- Oversee daily operations, deliverables, and project schedules for various land development projects (residential, industrial, commercial, etc.).
- Utilize advanced engineering principles and practices to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct large and complex engineering projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Oversee industrial development projects (primarily 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres).
- Define project scope, including budget, design criteria, and schedule.
- Contribute to proposal development and client management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
