SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The General Laborer position will be responsible for the removal of junk from all vacant residential properties. Daily responsibilities include:
- Communicate with the punch out manager to prioritize tasks and determine schedule
- Complete property clean outs by removing furniture, trash, etc.
- Properly discard items by recycling or disposing of them
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
