Position Summary
SPG is looking for a Project Engineer experienced in all aspects of site/civil engineering, construction document preparation and project management for land development projects. We are seeking an individual who wants to be part of an interdisciplinary team working on exciting, generational projects. Qualifications And Experience
§ Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, professional licensing preferred but not required
§ 5 years of related experience required
§ Excellent communication skills and demonstrated qualities of a leader
§ Strong track record working with design teams to complete projects
§ Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and similar tools of practice
Skills
§ Proficient working in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
§ Knowledge of site and engineering design
§ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
§ Ability to write technical reports
§ Proven ability to multi-task, appropriately prioritize workflow, and complete tasks

Responsibilities And Duties
§ Collaborate alongside land planners and landscape architects developing problem solving solutions
§ Helping to establish a project’s goal with the project team
§ Working with project teams in the Schematic and Design Development phase to assess site infrastructure plan
§ Working with project teams to prepare all aspects of the Construction Documents
§ Assistant in writing reports and gather relevant project-related documents
§ Guiding a project through the permitting stages, addressing feedback, and collaborating with sub- consultants and agency reviewers.
