PART-TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As an integral part of our finance team, you?ll be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices using Great Plains (GP) through a three-way match process. Your work will ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time, helping us maintain strong, positive relationships with our partners.

Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices with precision and efficiency

Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to ensure accuracy

Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams

Ensure timely payments and maintain organized records

Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed

* This position will be working 8AM-5PM, 2-3 days per week. *

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you're comfortable with formulas, sorting, and filtering)

Experience with Great Plains (GP) or similar ERP systems

A team player with a can-do attitude and great communication skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable
HS Diploma required, Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
