Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale grant and IT/OT projects from kickoff through completion, including AMI, SCADA, BERAP, and more
- Serve as the central point of contact between vendors, internal teams, and external partners
- Oversee hardware, software, fiber-optic, and telecommunications installations related to projects
- Prepare grant compliance reports and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate reporting and funding alignment
- Assist in long-term IT strategy and annual budget planning for the department
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Specialized training equivalent to completion of four years of college and/or three to five years of progressively responsible related experience with training in project management.
- PMP certification preferred.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Experience forming coalitions across departments and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex systems into actionable project plans and clear stakeholder updates
