Maintenance Supervisor

The Professional/Direct Hire Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Holmes County, Ohio, to find a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This opportunity offers a salary of up to $75K, along with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a light industrial or manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree would be a strong asset.
• Expertise in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is essential for success in this role.
• Experience overseeing a maintenance team of at least 3 direct reports.
• Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  
  

This position is critical to ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime of the facility's equipment and machinery. The role is 1st shift but supports a 3-shift operation, reporting directly to the General Manager. You'll lead a tenured maintenance team, manage vendor contracts, optimize machine performance through proactive maintenance, and oversee projects from start to finish.
