Job Title: Assembly/Production Associate
Flick Packaging is a leading manufacturer of custom boxes for private industry and military applications. Our team is seeking an experienced Assembly/Production Associate to join our growing workforce.
Available Shifts:
First shift: 6am - 5pm, Monday through Thursday, with flexible scheduling on Fridays.
Pay Rate:
$15.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to $17.00 per hour upon conversion to full-time status.
Work Environment:
Our facility operates across five buildings, including warehouse space and a state-of-the-art 'cut-to-order' cutting shop.
Temp-to-Hire Window:
Permanent placement after 720 hours worked.

Primary Job Duties:
- Assemble wooden boxes for military applications using various materials.
- Craft heavy-duty cargo containers and lightweight plywood dust covers.
- Stand for 8-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Temp-to-Hire Window:
Permanent placement after 720 hours worked.
Requirements:
- Nail gun experience.
- Ability to measure to 1/32 increments.
- Good attendance, hand-eye coordination, and dependability.
- Safely operate a nail gun and other hand tools.
