Assembler Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Assembler to join our team! Great starting pay of $22-$23 hourly! If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll work with mechanical and electrical drawings to assemble high-quality products using a variety of tools and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble core and coil units with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare tanks and covers, insert units, and install accessories
- Ensure proper clearance adjustments and secure all connections
- Process units for testing and shipping
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Complete all necessary processing and check sheets
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:
- Hand tools, power tools, and air tools
- Forklifts and hydraulic equipment
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
- Occasionally lift, move up to 50 lbs
- Strong vision skills for depth perception and detail work
- Work in varied weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Training: On-the-job training provided
- Physical Effort: Moderate to heavy physical exertion

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- SWING SHIFTS! 7am-3:30pm -> 3:30pm-12am
- Overtime available
- Rotating shifts
