Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, and an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).

- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 6 am
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Keep up to date on machine related records.
- Documentation.
- Good time management skills
- Solid computer familiarity
- Written and verbal communication skills
- 2-4 years as an industrial maintenance technician in a production facility
