Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer inquiries will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Duties
Check in drivers and direct them appropriately to facilitate timely loading/unloading
Generate Shipping and Receiving documents.
Data entry in multiple systems applications.
Respond to emails timely
Coordinate with warehouse supervision to effectively complete day shift activities.
Work as a team with co-workers to complete daily workload and hand off to night shift.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving with the ability to resolve issues.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a shipping /receiving type environment
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail
